About NTT MCL

NTT Multimedia Communications Laboratories, Inc. (NTT MCL) was established in 1996 by Nippon Telegraph and Telephone (NTT) to pursue the commercialization of advanced technologies that would leverage NTT’s expertise in multimedia communications.

Since then, NTT MCL has evolved into being the only overseas advanced research and development arm of NTT Communications, a leading global provider of telecommunications services.  NTT MCL is in a unique position to actively pursue innovative and cutting edge ideas that enable the creation of new telecommunications services.

Strategically located in the Silicon Valley, the capital of information technologies, NTT MCL has been able to tap into a pool of highly skilled engineers, whose talent and technical expertise enables NTT MCL to create innovative new services for NTT Communications’ customers.
